5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or an active subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MasterBrains and its licensors, except for content you submit or that is clearly attributed to third parties. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterBrains and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Razorpay Payments
The following applies when the Razorpay Payments feature is enabled on your account.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet) for the specified transaction amount. All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms of service and billing rules. Refunds, when applicable, are processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take several business days to credit back to your account.
