This document is a proposal for hosted application access (software subscription) for {{ customer_site_name }} on {{ platform_name }}. Fees apply to the activated apps and platform services listed below.
Included platform resources are limited to what is reasonably required to run those applications (tenant isolation, routing, and operational overhead). This proposal does not imply allocation of general-purpose storage, media hosting capacity, onboarding or implementation support, or third-party infrastructure such as object storage (e.g. Amazon S3) or content delivery networks (CDN). Additional storage, bandwidth, migration, training, and similar services are out of scope here and will be scoped and billed separately if required.

{{ platform_name }} provides hosted multi-tenant software-as-a-service for {{ customer_site_name }}: access to the activated applications, tenant isolation, and the platform setup tasks listed under Implementation scope. This is an application subscription, not a storage or media hosting plan. Only resources sufficient to run the subscribed apps are included; additional storage (including customer uploads, archives, and assets served at scale), CDN or object-storage services (e.g. S3), and onboarding or implementation assistance are not part of this proposal unless separately agreed and quoted.
Support is limited to minimal email support only and does not include onboarding, training, migration, or hands-on configuration beyond standard platform operation. Third-party integrations (including payment processors such as Razorpay) are provided subject to those providers' own terms and availability.
All fees are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST); the customer is responsible for any taxes due. Payment must be made online via Razorpay through the platform renewal page only — do not pay via any other means.
Payment gateway charges (including Razorpay or other processor fees) are not included in the amounts quoted in this document and will be charged separately or added at checkout as applicable.

{% endif %}The customer agrees not to use the service in violation of applicable law, to transmit spam or unsolicited solicitations, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform. The customer is responsible for all activity under their tenant account and for ensuring their end users comply with these restrictions.
The customer indemnifies {{ platform_name }} against claims arising from the customer's content, data, conduct, or misuse of the service.
The customer retains ownership of their business data, content, and end-user information uploaded to or generated within their tenant. {{ platform_name }} retains all rights in the platform software, infrastructure, documentation, and user interface. The customer grants {{ platform_name }} a limited licence to host, process, and back up customer data solely to provide the service.
{{ platform_name }} processes personal and business data as needed to operate the service, including account, usage, transaction, and technical data. Data is not sold to third parties. Service providers who assist in operations may process data under confidentiality obligations. Reasonable security measures are applied; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Either party may end the arrangement as permitted by these terms. {{ platform_name }} may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, breach of acceptable use, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users. Prepaid fees are non-refundable upon termination except where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No uptime, performance, or error-free operation is guaranteed. There is no service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{ platform_name }} and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Customer data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon termination, the customer is responsible for exporting business-critical data within a reasonable period. {{ platform_name }} may delete tenant data after that period except where retention is required by law. The customer is responsible for maintaining their own backups of essential records.
Pay online via Razorpay through the platform renewal page only. Gateway charges are extra.
Payment of the amounts due constitutes acceptance of these terms.
